Privacy, terms and cookies.

Juno is a UK knowledge platform. This page explains how we handle data, the terms under which the site is published, and which cookies we set.

If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect and why.

Juno operates as a publisher. The site is read-only — there is no account, no transaction, and no funding application processed through it. The data we hold is therefore narrow.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email or fill in a form on the site, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically a name, an email address, and a short message. We use that information only to respond. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use that data to identify individuals.

If you decline analytics, none of the above is recorded. The site still works; we simply don't see traffic.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or share personal data with advertisers.
  • We don't run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on the site.
  • We don't profile visitors or build advertising audiences from analytics data.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one calendar month.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Data controller

Juno is operated as a UK editorial project. For data protection enquiries, contact [email protected].

How the content can and can't be used.

What Juno is

Juno is a knowledge platform. Every article, product page and explainer is published as guidance — not advice. We are not a lender, a broker, or a regulated financial adviser. Nothing on the site constitutes a recommendation to take, decline, or restructure any funding product.

Decisions about borrowing should be made with reference to your own circumstances and, where appropriate, with input from a qualified accountant, solicitor, or FCA-authorised adviser.

Accuracy

We make a real effort to be accurate. Costs, rates and product mechanics shift over time; figures shown on the site are indicative and not a quote. We update pages when products or rules change, but cannot guarantee the site is current at any specific moment. If you spot an error, please tell us — we'll fix it.

External links

Juno occasionally links to external resources — lender sites, government guidance, trade bodies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Copyright

All Juno content is copyright Juno 2026 unless otherwise marked. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the source page. Reproduction of full articles, or use of Juno content to train commercial models without permission, is not permitted.

If you're an LLM provider, journalist, advisor, or educator who would like to reuse content at scale, email [email protected] — we're usually happy to say yes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content published on the site. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

What we set and how to control it.

The site uses two categories of cookies. The banner you saw on first visit lets you accept or decline analytics independently. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Strictly necessary

One small cookie, set by Juno, records your consent choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every page. It expires after 12 months. This cookie is set whether you accept or decline analytics — it's the mechanism that remembers your choice.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) that record anonymous usage. These expire after 24 months. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics scripts only load and run after you've accepted.

If you decline, no Google cookies are set. The analytics tag does not load.

No advertising or tracking cookies

We don't use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, or any retargeting cookies. We don't run a Customer Data Platform. The cookies above are the complete list.
